Child Safety Standards

Vortie has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our community safe and to complying with all applicable child safety laws.

Adults only (18+)

Vortie is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. People under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the service. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

Our standards

• We prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children.
• We prohibit the creation, sharing, solicitation, or promotion of CSAM.
• We provide in-app tools to report and block users and to report objectionable content.
• We review reports promptly, remove violating content, and ban offending accounts.

How to report

If you encounter content or behavior that may endanger a child, please report it immediately:

• In the app: use the report option on a profile, statement, or message, or block the user.
• By email: vortieapp@gmail.com

Our response

We act on reports of CSAE without delay. Where CSAM is identified, we remove it, terminate the responsible accounts, preserve relevant information, and report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required by applicable law. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
